We charge per employee user license. Your employees will be able to access the system as well as your customers. However, customer license is free and unlimited.

Here are the recommended system requirements for PrintPrima:

  • Windows PC: Windows 10, Intel Core i5 or comparable processor (2015 or newer) with at least 4 GB of RAM. Note: You need Adobe Reader 11.0 or higher to print forms.
  • Apple Mac: OS X "Big Sur" 11.1 or newer.
  • Latest version of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Google Chrome or Safari for Mac
  • Internet connection: 3 Mbps or higher.

Note: PrintPrima is not supported on Linux, including Ubuntu and Fedora

Absolutely! PrintPrima is a full Cloud solution that can be used on any compatible browser on any computer (PC or Mac), and mobile device.

Getting Started

View our pricing page to see the current price for Printprima, you can try a 7-day free trial before making payment.

There's a 7-day free trial period. Initial registration is done by company admins on behalf of your company and then company admins set up accounts for other users in your company.

We accept all major credit and debit cards - Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX.

You can import and export the following lists to and from MS Excel or CSV file:

  • Customer data
  • Suppliers
  • Products and services
  • Invoice

Plus you can export reports to MS Excel.

If Printprima isn't the right fit for your needs, you can cancel via the subscription page.

Data and Security

Printprima Solutions Software keeps all your accounting data secure, private, and protected in the cloud, which means we automatically back up your data for you.

PrintPrima takes security very seriously and ensures your data is secured and available to you.

If you decide to cancel during the free 7-day trial, we'll delete all traces of your data from our servers immediately. When it's gone, it's gone - so before you cancel, make sure you've saved all the reports you want to keep.

If you're a paying Printprima subscriber, after you cancel, we'll give you read-only access to all your data. This will last for 90 days, after which we'll delete all your data from our servers.

The admin user has access to export data from all modules
